  • Went in expecting to be talked into switching and got told to ring our own lender and ask for a review first. It worked. Cost us nothing and they got nothing out of it, which tells you plenty.

Bec T. Merewether Refinancing and switching lenders

  • Renae explained the duty concession twice without making us feel thick about it. We had an approval before the next open home.

Nathan P. Adamstown First home buyer loans

  • Good outcome in the end. The old lender dragged the discharge out for nearly a month, which was not Junction's doing, but a bit more warning that it can happen would have helped.

Danielle K. The Junction Refinancing and switching lenders

  • Two knockbacks from my own bank as a sole trader. Sam read the same financials and found the add-backs the bank would not count. Settled in five weeks.

Sione F. Cardiff Self-employed and commercial lending

  • Talked us out of cross-securing the investment against the house and explained exactly why. Our accountant agreed with him, which does not happen often.

Harriet W. Merewether Heights Investment property lending

  • Knockdown rebuild out at Fletcher. The progress payments were the part I was dreading and Hayley just handled each one. I found out the frame stage draw had gone through because the builder mentioned it.

Tom R. Lambton Construction and renovation loans

  • Booked a Thursday evening because we both work. Left knowing our ceiling and what our deposit gap actually was, which we honestly did not before.

Aisha M. Hamilton South Pre-approval and buying strategy

  • Modelled the bridging option properly and then told us a longer settlement would do the same job for nothing. Slightly deflating after all that, but they were right.

Grant D. Charlestown Bridging and next home finance

  • First place, guarantor loan with my parents. Marty insisted they get their own solicitor before signing anything. It annoyed Dad and it was absolutely the right call.

Kylie N. Kotara First home buyer loans

  • Rang me before the fixed period ended. I would have missed it entirely.

Peter H. New Lambton Annual loan review and settlement support

  • Kept our remaining term rather than quietly resetting it back to thirty years. I did not know that was something you had to ask for.

Marissa V. Bar Beach Refinancing and switching lenders

  • Solid advice and clear paperwork. Only gripe is that the first appointment ran long, though that was mostly us asking questions.

Josh B. Cooks Hill Investment property lending

  • Renovation on an old weatherboard. The on-completion valuation came in where they said it would, which after two other brokers guessing was a relief.

Lauren S. Whitebridge Construction and renovation loans

  • Bought the workshop we had been renting for eleven years. Commercial terms explained in plain English before we committed to a thing.

Dave O. Mayfield Self-employed and commercial lending

  • Told us plainly we were a few months off being ready and exactly what to fix. No pitch, just a list. We went back.

Steph A. Warners Bay Pre-approval and buying strategy

  • Three years on and the same two people still answer the phone. That is the whole reason we send people their way.

Ellen J. Dudley Annual loan review and settlement support
