How it starts

- Sixty to ninety minutes, at your table or ours. We map your position and shortlist the lenders whose policy actually fits.
- The pathways compared, in writing. The trade-offs and the commission we would be paid on each, before you choose.
- One broker to settlement. The person you meet takes the file the whole way.

What to bring
- Recent pay slips, for both of you if you are buying together
- Three months of bank and credit card statements
- Photo identification
- A rough idea of what you already owe
- Two years of financials and tax returns, if you are self-employed
